Craig has over a decade of experience helping people make important financial decisions. He began his career in finance with Retirement Line, a family-run business built around providing a personal and trusted annuity guidance service to customers. Starting in a customer-facing role, Craig learned first-hand what matters most to people when making important decisions about their future.
He went on to become Marketing Director at Retirement Line, playing an important role in helping the company grow into the UK’s largest specialist pension annuity broker, with customer service at the heart of its success.
Building on that success, Craig’s vision was to create Money Service: a business that brings the same focus on clear information, trusted support and great customer service to other areas of financial services. He has focused on clarity and accessibility, creating advice pathways that help customers understand their options and make confident decisions.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his young family and supporting local entrepreneurs and small business owners through mentoring. He also likes staying active, with hobbies including tennis and snowboarding.
