Cassie has been a fantastic addition to the team, bringing a blend of enthusiasm, curiosity and professionalism to her role. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly are invaluable, as is her knowledge of regulations, policies and processes. These skills make a big contribution to making sure our customers receive the right support and clear, accurate information.
Her careful approach helps ensure everything we do meets the required standards. She supports the team through activities such as call audits, file checks and reviewing promotions and content before they go live.
One of the things Cassie enjoys most about compliance is the investigative side of the role. She loves researching policies, regulations and legislation. One of her proudest career achievements to date was helping her previous employer – a leading name in the insurance industry – win a legal case through her research, fact-finding and document preparation.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys reading, baking sweet treats and fostering cats and kittens for an animal charity to give them the best chance possible of being rehomed.
